Stand and Deliver MCAS Mentoring is a one-on-one mentoring program founded to help students in Lawrence, MA pass the Massachusetts Comprehensive Assessment System (MCAS) exam required for high school graduation in the State of Massachusetts. Our first mission is to help the district bring pass rates in the Lawrence Public Schools up to the pass rates, and proficiency levels, of the top schools in the state through our Pass Now and Fast Start programs. Once students have succeeded, they are encouraged to enroll in our college-bound programs for help with Advanced Placement subjects and test preparation in a variety of core subjects aimed at college preparedness, including the very successful Kristine Matson College Bound Program, which focuses on AP Calculus, SAT's, and the college application process.
